Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to carry out works of a responsive repair nature to all domestic properties owned or occupied by Perth and Kinross Council within the Contract area. The Lots in the Framework Agreement will be as follows:

Lot 1 — Plumbing Works;

Lot 2 — Electrical Works;

Lot 3 — Joinery Works;

Lot 4 — Masonry and Wet Trades;

Lot 5 — Painter and Decorator Works;

Lot 6 — Glazing Work;

Lot 7 — Drainage Works;

Lot 8 — Domestic Gas Servicing and Maintenance;

Lot 9 — Solid Fuel Servicing and Maintenance;

Lot 10 — Commercial Gas Servicing and Maintenance;

Lot 11 — Heat Pumps and Renewable Technology;

Lot 12 — Electric Wet Systems — Maintenance Works;

Lot 13 — Blacksmith Works;

Lot 14 — Fencing Work.

General masonry works, internal and external, working at height.

General painter works, internal and external, working at height.

General glazing works to windows and doors.

External drainage works including below ground drainage work, jetting and hand rodding, drain lining.

Annual gas servicing to all gas central heating systems, AICO smoke and CO2 detection systems and general ad-hoc maintenance and repairs including replacement of parts.

Annual servicing to all solid fuel systems and general ad-hoc maintenance and repairs including replacement of parts.

Annual servicing to commercial sites and general ad-hoc maintenance, call out and repairs including replacement of parts.

Annual servicing to systems (including solar thermal hot water systems) and general ad-hoc maintenance and repairs including replacement of parts.

Annual servicing and general ad-hoc maintenance and repairs including replacement of parts.

General smith work including handrails, fencing, gates, components.

General fencing, renewal and repairs to timber fencing.

General plumber works to water services and waste piping, sanitary ware and fittings etc., storage tanks, below ground drainage work, including jetting and hand rodding, drain lining etc.

General electrical works to wiring and electrical installations, including door entry, AICO smoke detection systems where applicable.

General joiner works to fixtures and fittings within domestic properties and external work e.g. fascia's, soffits, windows, doors and any other external elements when required.
