Specialist Consultancy Framework Agreement

The Port of Milford Haven wishes to establish a Specialist Consultancy Framework Agreement with consultants of various disciplines, to undertake small support projects and minor maintenance works to enable the delivery of Project and Maintenance programmes. The Port of Milford Haven’s Engineering Division provide support to the Port Operational teams by providing Engineering and Construction services. The services provided typically include Design and Tendering/Project Management/Planning and Building Regulation action.
The proposed Consultancy Services Agreement will run for a period of 2 years commencing February 2016 . Rates will be reviewed annually on the anniversary of the Agreement. Dependant on a performance review, the Port of Milford Haven may extend the contract for a further 12 months.
We envisage that packages of work are best suited to Consultants categorised as a Micro SME i.e. with a staff headcount of <10. no minimum value of fee is guaranteed. the provision consultancy services for large capital projects will be tendered separately. additionally, there a subsequent framework tender small contractors and larger scale organisations in future. engineering division invites expressions interest relation to following support with view inviting tenders services: required range • architecture quantity surveying structural health safety cdm consultants project management archaeology planning civil geotechnical highways drainage land building inspection asset maintenance Electrical Engineering

Interested consultants who are not currently on our supplier database will undergo a process of Selection Criteria, which is our assessment of the technical and professional capacity by completing our Standard Pre-Qualification documentation.
Consultants on the MHPA supplier database will be issued ITT documentation and the Port will award contracts on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on assessing relevant expertise, experience, reaction times and
