Specialist Consultancy Framework Agreement

The Port of Milford Haven wishes to establish a Specialist Consultancy Framework Agreement with consultants of various disciplines, to undertake small support projects and minor maintenance works to enable the delivery of Project and Maintenance programmes. The Port of Milford Haven’s Engineering Division provide support to the Port Operational teams by providing Engineering and Construction services. The services provided typically include Design and Tendering/Project Management/Planning and Building Regulation action.
The proposed Consultancy Services Agreement will run for a period of 2 years commencing February 2016 . Rates will be reviewed annually on the anniversary of the Agreement. Dependant on a performance review, the Port of Milford Haven may extend the contract for a further 12 months.

Interested consultants who are not currently on our supplier database will undergo a process of Selection Criteria, which is our assessment of the technical and professional capacity by completing our Standard Pre-Qualification documentation.
