EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. This framework is being developed to assist Members who have specific kitchen and bathroom installation programmes. It also covers any associated rewiring and electrical works and other works required when upgrading/refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms. It is anticipated that this framework will be used for smaller refurbishment programmes ranging from 20 kitchens/bathrooms per annum up to 200 per annum however actual numbers may fall outside of this range. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group to provide built environments by delivering new buildings and maintaining and evolving public sector places. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest.
