Future volume changes are expected to include a reduction in kitchens and bathrooms, and increases in electrical, heavy side materials and roofing materials. No guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of materials that will be ordered with successful bidders as future projections are estimates only at this stage. Kirklees accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in the expenditure estimates provided.
The anticipated commencement of the framework will be April 2014.
