Elupphandling for the establishment of a framework agreement regarding Trosabygdens Bostäder AB. Annual consumption is approximately 1.87 GWh and the framework agreement period is 1.1.2018-31.12.2019 with the option of 2 option years. The closing date is 14.8.2017.
