This Open Call for tenders concerns conclusion of up to 5 Framework Agreements for the provision of Electrical Equipment/Components for the ESS research facility in Lund, Sweden. Please refer to the Tender documents and related annexes.

Framework agreement The contract is divided into two product areas. Tenders may be submitted for one or two product areas. Each product will be evaluated separately. Within each product, a supplier of adoption.
Product 1 - Electrical equipment:
Lund University is a business with many different types of equipment and solutions, and that these can be delivered from different countries. This requires access to a wide range of electrical components.
Product 2 - Cubicle:
Lund University intends to purchase Enclosures for equipment for science experiments and accelerators.
Framework agreements for electricians, electrical installation, control cabinet construction, network installation, etc.

Self-assurance through ESPD (European Single Procurement Document):

The contract relates to Region Skåne's consumption and production of electricity, which includes:
- Delivery and balance responsibility for consumption, approximately 140 GWh per year;
- Sales and balance responsibility for production, approximately 55 GWh per year;
- Discretionary management of Region Skåne's electricity futures equivalent net consumption of around 85 GWh per year.
Region Skåne companies and foundations will also be supplied with electric power through this agreement.
Contract for Region Skåne's comprehensive needs of light sources.
The contract includes project managers and experts in rail infrastructure, rail, electrical, signaling and telecommunication technology (BEST), earthworks and for house construction of buildings for the planned new maintenance depot for the Öresund trains in Hässleholm.
