Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the agreement: 6,827.61 MWh, of which:

The Ordering Party in §17 of the Essential Terms of the Agreement (Appendix No. 4 to SIWZ) provided for the possibility of changing the number of collection points.

Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2018r. until 31.12.2018r. provided that details of the delivery dates for individual collection points are described in Appendix 1 of the "Delivery Period".

The condition for initiating the supply of electricity in the indicated (in relation to the individual collection points) is a positive transition of the seller, the customer has a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and the effective solution / expiry of the existing agreements for the sale of electricity / comprehensive agreements:

1) In the case of comprehensive or indefinite contracts for electricity sales, the ordering party (s) shall submit (in respect of each collection point) the relevant statement of termination of contracts with effect as of the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (in Appendix 1a to SIWZ " Delivery Period "), and copies of the statements will be forwarded to the contractor whose offer will be considered the most advantageous.

2) In the case of possession of timely sales agreements, the term of their validity shall expire on the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (in the Appendix No. 1a to SIWZ "Delivery Period" column).

In the case of collection points where the distribution of sales and distribution contracts has already taken place (another change of the seller), the contracting authority (s) have distribution agreements.

Final details of the issuance and delivery of invoices will be included in the Sales Agreement / Annex to the Electricity Purchase Agreement.

The obligation to terminate the contract lies with the contracting party (s).

In the event that, at the date of conclusion of the electricity purchase agreement, the contracting authority (s) will not hold valid electricity distribution contracts or if the contractor changes the contracting party / contractor during the contract term, the contractor will be obliged to submit the contract applications. and to sign contracts on behalf of and for the ordering party (s), or to make a representation on the behalf of the awarding entity (s) of the agreement to conclude distribution agreements with the Operator (as defined by the IRiESD of the Operator).
