Sales of electricity with single-zone tariffs according to tariff group C11 (for Energy Consumers with a contracted capacity of less than 40 kW) and tariff group C21 (for Energy Consumers with a contracted capacity of more than 40 kW) at 400 V / 230 V (+ -5 %, 50 Hz frequency, the basic quality standard meeting the requirements of the manufacturers of lighting fixtures, the Regulations for the Operation of Electrical Equipment with the provisions of the Construction of Electrical Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and current Polish Standards.
The estimated total electricity supplied (± 10%) in the 36-month (3-year) sales period for the 104-point collection is 3 967 833 [kWh] = 3 96.833 [MWh] / year x 3 = 11 903, 499 [MWh]. The total aggregate demand (contractual) is 4,262 [kW] according to the details of the Customers.
Based on Article. Article 45 1 The Purchaser Law requires the Contractors to submit a deposit. The amount of the bid security is PLN 85,000. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in art. Article 67 1 pt. 7 of the Law.
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for 163 points of energy consumed by the Purchaser located in the city of Opole and the communes of Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Tarnów Opolski, Izbicko - for a period of two years.The subject of the order is: Purchase of electricity for 163 points of energy consumption of the Purchaser located in the city of Opole and the communes of Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Tarnów Opolski, Izbicko - for a period of two years. A detailed list of points of energy consumption points (PPE) is provided in Table 1, which is enclosed in Appendix No. 9 to SIWZ. Total total power demanded (contractual): 6403.8 kW. The contractor provides for a continuous supply of electricity with a single price profile for all the 15,000 V / 400 V (+/- 5%) power supply points (50/50 Hz), the basic quality standard fulfilling the requirements of the Electrical Equipment Operating Regulations Regulations for the Construction of Electrical Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and current Polish Standards. Estimated amount of electricity for 2 years will be 23000 MWh. Changes in the contracted capacity, changes in the size of the pre-assemblies (size of the fuse base) and changes in the size of the current transformers are allowed.
7. Within the framework of the signed contract referred to above, the Contractor shall carry out, on the basis of the power of attorney granted to him by the Ordering Party, effective change of the existing electricity seller.
8.The purchaser reserves the right to change the points of energy consumption in terms of both quantity and all their parameters (refer to Table 1 - Appendix No. 9 to SIWZ).The Contractor shall bear the full costs of balancing the commercial electricity supply to the Purchasing Power Points of the Purchaser. Determining the estimated demand for electricity is an element of choosing the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Purchaser to purchase electricity in the stated quantities. In order to accomplish this task, the General Distribution Agreement is obligatory and the Contractor is obliged to enter into such an agreement with the DSO prior to the commencement of the Contract.
The object of the contract consists of one task consisting of the sale of energy to 57 objects (PPE points) in the amount of 3 100 MWh, including:
- 11 C21 pickup points and 1703 MWh consumption,
- 46 C11 pickup points and 1397 MWh consumption.
54 reception points are located in the area of operation of the OSD Tauron Dystrybycja SA Branch in Opole, while 3 reception points are located in the area of operation OSD Tauron Dystrybucja SA Branch in Czestochowa
The object of the contract during the implementation period includes:
a) electricity sales
(b) commercial balancing for electricity sold.
Distribution services are provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded with Tauron Dystrybucja SA
The contractor is obliged to start selling electricity from the date of the contract.
