The contract is for the execution of works including the adaptation of the complex of buildings of the Catholic University of Lublin John Paul II located in Lublin, Al. Racławickie 14 to the needs of people with disabilities. The subject of the contract is works consisting in: a) Exercise the two elevators inside the multi-storey courtyard with construction and housing according to the project. b) Exercise single platform for disabled type of platform screen, along with construction and housing according to the project. c) Exercise of four platforms for the disabled according to the project. d) Exercise of two ramps for disabled people inside the courtyard according to the project. e) Exercise electrically opened 3 sets. door with control buttons as designed. f) Construction site electrical power lift platform and doors in accordance with the project. g) Rebuilding colliding infrastructure (drainage system, installation at) according to the project. h) Exercise other works under the project (k winding staircase 7.0 - descent into the basement, elevated floors, dobudowaniu stairs at the increased floors, construction treatments, etc..). 4. In addition to performing the works under the project documentation the Contractor will be required to: a) Performance calling signaling system to handle calls to the platform for the disabled as described functional. b) Performance-built geodesic inventory. c) The execution of the basic map updates and transfer it to the Employer in the file DXF or DWG. d) Incorporation in the Office of Technical Inspection built lifts and platforms for disabled prior to the date of final acceptance e) Notices of the supervisory authority of the construction of the completion of the construction of at least 14 days before the date of the contract.

The primary objective of the contract is:

A detailed description of the contract is given in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Construction of the basic 12 mm, filling the grass with quartz sand, lighting tennis with a LED light source with a brightness of 500 lux included with the room service, individual heating for each hall through ventilation supply and exhaust from central ventilation equipment tennis in bars, mesh and pasted in surface lines marking the playing field.
