1) The contract is the adaptation of rooms: 1 Liberty Hill plot no 1/10 cadastral No. 5 Kartuzy, 1.2) of the School of the Staniszewie, Staniszewo 2A plot number 388/3 cadastral Staniszewo, School 2 plot No. 222/1 cadastral Łapalice , School 29, plot No. 11/22 cadastral Kiełpino, the needs of pre-school centers and obtaining the final decision on the permit to use. Each part of the contract conforms to the school indicated in paragraph 1. The contract includes in particular the implementation of the following categories of work: 3.1) construction, 3.2) demolition, 3.3) to separate rooms, 3.4) finishing works, 3.5) windows and doors, 3.6) execution platform in front of the entrance, 3.7) the performance of the new platform before the existing entrance with ramp, 3.8) perform additional ventilation ducts, 3.9) the delivery and installation of sanitary facilities (including trays of toilet paper, dispensers of soap, dryers for hands and feeders paper towels), 3.10 ) installation of central heating, 3.11) the installation of water and sewage, 3.12), electrical and telecommunication engineering. Bills of quantities should be treated as an element for calculating the offer price. 9) It is recommended that before bidding entity interested inspected the local area. 10) The Purchaser does not protect the site.
