The contract includes providing Local Electricity Inspection (also referred to as DLE) services for Nordlandsnett's (henceforth referred to as NOR) area of supplies, in accordance with approved inspection plans.

Each municipality will be divided into a separate inspection plan with inspection activities in accordance with the number of inspection objects. The municipalities shall be priced separately.

The tenderer must, based on orders, provide electrical security information to the groups described in the general inspection plan, as well as revisions of businesses conducting electrical services.

Based on previous years' experience and activities in the construction business, the estimated increase of inspection objects that are subject to annual inspections are between 50 and 100 objects.

The framework agreement period is 2 years, from and including year 2017. Option for 1+1 year extension of the contract.

The approved annual inspection plan and the activities with accompanying invoicing shall be implemented in accordance with the progress schedule with milestones. See annex 2; the Requirement specification.

The activities shall be executed in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations, instructions, inspection schedules and attached specifications, and in accordance with prevailing regulations for the various inspection objects.

The service provider shall submit ‘inspection notifications’, ‘decision notifications’, and respond to the customer's request regarding the inspection report's content, up until a ‘decision’ is made.

The contract will be subject to adjustments/alterations in accordance with requirements from the authorities.

If the authorities implement alterations for the network companies' frame conditions which will result in considerable changes for the premises for the contractual relationship, the signed contract can be terminated. The tenderer cannot claim compensation for losses in connection with the interrupted procurement or termination of contract.

Electrical services including materials

Oslo and Akershus University College shall enter into a contract with one supplier. The estimated contract value, during a four year period, will be between 1 500 000 and 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is informative only and is based on historical figures. The value does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The service volume is subject to changes due to variations in the university college's needs and budget from year to year.

Emphasis is put on the fact that this procurement does not cover the PROFF segment of white goods, i.e. industrial kitchens etc.

Electrical installation work

The New Bodø Town Hall will consist of a new building (New Building) as well as the existing town hall (Town Hall) and Norges Bank's building (the Bank).

The new building will connect all the buildings together to 1 unit. The Town Hall and the Bank shall be completely renovated.

The existing town council room, municipal executive board room and a meeting room called ‘Blåsalen’ shall be kept in the original style as much as possible, but technically upgraded. The rooms are listed and compliance with these requirements is required.

The entrance on the ground floor is a large reception area for enquiries from the municipality's citizens, with rooms for meetings and guidance as required.

On the 5th floor there is a canteen and meeting room.

This description is for contract K401 Electrotechnical Installations and Security Systems. Tenders shall be submitted for all electrotechnical installations and work connected to this as described and referred to in the subsequent chapter.

This contract shall also assemble, cable and connect equipment provided through other contracts.

At the same time, the other public offices in the municipality will be included in this project and a meeting place will be developed for residents. This includes alterations, new buildings in several parts and adaptations of outside areas with sensory gardens and car parks etc.

The project will also include the demolition of an existing building with delivery to a reception facility. The total construction area included in the project is approx. 3 000 m2, of which approx. one half is new buildings.

Avinor invites suppliers to a dialogue conference for a concept for charging stations for chargeable vehicles.

Avinor is Norway's largest car park operator with approx. 55 000 parking places and 22 000 at Oslo Airport.

The current requirement is up to 6 % of parking places must have charging possibilities. We are planning an increase of charging stations of 400-1 000 in the next 12-24 months and more in the coming years.

The infrastructure will be expensive without the use of new technology and new concepts. Most of the traffic capacity is in the mornings, with a lower use in the afternoons and evenings. We would like to use the capacity over 24 hours / 7 days a week. Several charging stations based on the same infrastructure.

Our customers must still be able to charge with the expected effect if they are only parked for a shorter period. A parked vehicle is parked in our car park for approx. 48 hours on average.

Payment for charging shall be facilitated and payment can be used as an instrument for managing consumption.

3. Users who do not drive themselves sit in the vehicle' passenger seat or in their wheelchair. The wheelchair is either located in the front passenger place or in the back of the vehicle.

4. Most of the users get into the vehicle via a ramp or lift.

B) Vehicle requirements:

1. The external roof height (without rails) shall be maximum 187 cm.

2. The maximum load shall be at least 500 kg.

Group 2: Medium sized vehicles with manual gearbox

A) Description of the user group and the use for the vehicles:

1. The users are children and adults with considerable and permanent reduced functional abilities in everyday life. Most of the users are completely dependent on electrical or manual wheelchairs for moving around. Some can walk, but this is severely restricted. The electrical wheelchairs are often very heavy, approx. 150 — 200 kg and the users sit high up.

2. The users are passengers. Some sit in the vehicle's passenger seat, often with an added revolving undercarriage. Some sit in a wheelchair, which is either located in the front passenger place or in the back of the vehicle.

3. Most of the users get into the vehicle via a lift at the back or a ramp. Some of the users get in via a lift or ramp that is assembled by the vehicle's side door (lift/ramp assembled inside the vehicle, integrated in the floor or underneath). Many of the users get into the vehicle via a seat lift assembled in the side door opening. Some users who have some walking function use the front passenger door.

Group 7: Large vehicles with an automatic gearbox.
