It will include 6 first article testing units. It is estimated that up to 900 units of Solid State Luminaires 112SSL; 150 units of Solid State Luminaires 113SSL; 250 units of Solid State Luminaires 92.3SSL; 50 units of Solid State Luminaires 93.2SSL; 500 units of Solid State Luminaires 93.4SSL; and 50 units of Solid State Luminaries 93.5SSL may be ordered per year over 5 years. PAE Applied Technologies LLC (PAE) is contemplating the issue of solicitation IFB198B for XTLF 14-1028 Repair Street Lighting Base Wide as a Small Business set aside. Funds are not currently available and are not promised or guaranteed for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or PAE should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. Should funds be provided, to be considered for award of this project a contractor must have satisfactory previous experience in the types of work contained in this solicitation and have a successful track record performing the types of work contained in the project? Vance AFB also has strict Base access regulations and commercial inspections are mandatory with each entry to the facility. The acceptance period for this action will be 60 Days and contractors should consider this impact to their bonding limits prior to bidding the solicitation. Provide all materials and labor to repair Base Street and parking lot lighting system. This consists of removing existing luminaires and replacing them with new ones in accordance with the lighting schedule on the drawings. Contractor will provide luminaires which meet IESNA lighting patterns (Types) shown on drawings, which can be mounted as shown on the drawings, and which are all of the same family type by the same manufacturer. The contractor will then remove existing luminaires and replace each with the particular unit indicated on the drawings, working in such a manner as to leave each day's work functioning as part of the existing system.

As Builts: Yes - Provide as built corrected drawings at the completion of the project and return disk to DPW prior to final payment. e. Quality Control is required during the performance of this work. Some particulars of the job will be: 3. There are no Government Furnished Materials. 4. Completion date is 90 days from the notice to proceed. The entirety of Building 750 will be involved. The plan is to remove the existing HPS luminaires and install the Hi-bay fluorescents per sheet E-2. Building 750 interior dimensions are 360' x 67'. The existing luminaires to be replaced are 120v 400w High Pressure Sodium. The luminaires are wired into existing 120v outlets in the ceiling. The circuits will remain and the new luminaires will have a 120v plug wired in. Approx. 40 new outlets will need to be provided for the additional luminaires being installed. The height to the bottom of the steel trusses is approx. 14', the height to the ceiling is approx. 21' There is a total count of 80 HPS luminaires. Electrical as-builts are un-available for the installation and wiring of the existing HPS luminaires. Switches are to be placed in a single location at the entry door near the M5 Office and wire in additional night lights at (4) additional locations by each personnel doors. Replace Electrical Service to Various Buildings and LED Lighting Conversion at Dale Hollow Lake Clay County, Tennessee PURPOSE: The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for the replacement of existing electrical service to the Resource Manager's Office, Maintenance Shop Building, and Transient Quarters; and, replacement of existing luminaires along the Dale Hollow Dam roadway, at the dam sign, plaza area, and adjacent parking lot with solid-state light emitting diode (LED) roadway luminaires. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Due to power sustainability issues, it has been deemed necessary to replace the existing electrical service to the Resource Office, Shop Building, and Transient Quarters. The new power supply will originate from the Dale Hollow Power Plant and will use existing pull boxes (13 total) and conduit. One outside transformer will be removed and a length of cable. Four new transformers will be installed - 300 KVA dry type in the power plant and three pad mounted that include a 112.5 KVA, 75 KVA, and 50 KVA 4160 volt to 120/240 volt transformers at the points of use - shop, resource office, and transient quarters residence. A 500 amp 3-phase breaker and related 4" rigid metal conduit will be installed at the power house station service board. Six single conductor 250 MCM cables with XHHW insulation, plus a #2 bare ground wire will be installed in the metal conduit running to the circuit board transformer and station service board in the power house. New pull boxes will be installed in the power house cable tunnel and a 5kV loadbreak disconnect switch is to be installed where the outside transformer will be removed. Approximately 3,800 feet of 3-conductor 6 AWG 5 kV shielded cable, Type MV-105, and a #2 bare ground wire will be installed in existing pull boxes and conduits between the power house, shop building , resource office, and transient quarters. All conductors shall be copper. The 5kV cables will be field tested and the new transformers tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. LED Lighting conversion - Remove and replace fifteen (15) roadway luminaires, three (3) luminaires that illuminate the dam sign, three (3) luminaires in the adjacent parking lot, and eight (8) 1,000 watt power flood lights on a single ring on the plaza lighting fixture. The existing 15 lighting standards along the roadway consist of a 25 ft. pole, 4 ft. arm, luminaire lowering device, mounting bracket, and a high pressure sodium luminaire. There are 3 quartz luminaire fixtures that illuminate the sign on the face of the dam. Three cobra head street light luminaires are in the adjacent parking lot. Approximately 1,720 ft. of electrical wiring, 883 ft. of 1 in. rigid metallic conduit, and 159 ft. of 1.5 in. rigid metallic conduit needs to be replaced. Five new, PVC junction boxes are to be installed in the dam roadway tunnel, and 15 sets of electrical contacts are required for the roadway lights.
