Bærum municipality will replace approximately 6500 Old, inefficient fixtures with new, modern efficient LED luminaires for a period of two years. This is carried out as a project which aims to replace all municipal street lighting luminaires to LED luminaires. The municipality is divided into 9 zones and seven of these remains.
Client shall enter into an agreement with one supplier. The agreement shall include the supply of lighting fixtures for the replacement of street lighting in Oslo. Fittings Supplier shall perform lighting calculations for each call-off.
Parallel with armature delivery contract procures Principal an installer to mount luminaires. Framework agreement for fittings shall be transported between installer. The installer should make ordering / call in accordance with the Framework Agreement terms. Replacement of new fixtures will take place over a longer period where area by area will be upgraded. Number of replacements per year will vary according to budget funds. Estimated total value of call-offs during the whole framework agreement include any options. The aim is to establish one lighting system adapted Bærum municipality needs, both in terms of design shape and light quality. Furthermore, the lighting system be as energy efficient as possible without compromising on quality. It calculated a lifetime of the lighting system for 25 years, so that operations and maintenance intervals, and the economy will be assessed through the life.
Bærum municipality will replace approximately 5000 ancient luminaries during a 2 year period starting in 2016.
