Robins Air Force base intends to establish one or more Blanket purchase agreements for single Airmen, Marriage, and/or Family focused retreats.
The contractor shall provide targeted weekends of leadership to the Robins AFB single Airmen, Marriage, and/or Family focused retreats. The purpose of each retreat is to sustain/improve positive relationships and improve communication skills among participants in a spiritual and hospitable atmosphere. Robins AFB has Chaplain-led programs to assist active duty members of the Armed Forces and their immediate family members in building and maintaining a strong family structure. The retreat will allow participants to change, grow, invest and have fun through participation in seminars and activities, while fostering open communication, team/relationship building, and expression.
Contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the attached price list on a per person basis.
Evaluation will be based on Price and other factors.
For evaluation purposes Room and meals will be combined for a total price and Outdoor/Team building activities will be evaluated separately
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
Quotations should be emailed to Ed Holden (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than 8 July 2015, 3:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 31 Jul 2015. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
