NHS Property Services Ltd requires 1 or more experienced service providers to deliver a core mechanical and electrical maintenance service to its properties across England.
The scope of the service will include planned and reactive maintenance. Please see the PQQ for more details.
All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contract shall be for a 3 year period with 2 options to extend by a further year each.
The maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical engineering services at the National Gallery, London for an initial period of 5 years, subject to performance, and option to extend for a further 2 years. Contract value is estimated over the maximum 7 years.
The Building and Facilities Department of the National Gallery requires the services of an experienced mechanical, electrical and Public Health engineering services provider at its premises in Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 5DN. It is anticipated that the contract duration shall be 5 years with the possibility of further extension of up to another two years, subject to satisfactory performance.
The service provider must demonstrate skill and experience of maintaining appropriate environmental conditions within prestigious public buildings which accommodate works of art and valuable / delicate artefacts. This includes lighting, heating, air conditioning and humidity control. They shall be required to maintain a permanent presence within the building and provide managers and operatives who are adequately trained and motivated. The service provider must be able to plan ahead and react to particular problems and unforseen emergencies. Health and safety performance is of particular importance.
British Embassy Paris, France — Upgrade of electrical services.
Ealing Council has awarded the Electrical (Fire Safety) New Installations and Upgrade Works Contract to W G Wigginton to include the works described below:
W G Wigginton shall provide the Electrical Testing, New Installations and Upgrades Works to the nominated Dwellings and Properties within and (in specified cases) outside the Contract Area, including but not limited to ancillary buildings and facilities and the like ensuring that the Council's legal obligations and repairing standards are met. The Contractor shall provide works to leasehold Dwellings in accordance with the terms of the relevant leaseholder leases.
Works will commence around July 2016 and it is intended that the contract will end in June 2020 but may be subject to the option to extend for up to a further 4 years at the Council's discretion.
There are approximately 8 000 dwellings in communal blocks in the whole borough requiring testing, repair, upgrade or replacement of Lateral sub mains, Landlord's and domestic supplies. Note that some of the stock is within areas identified for regeneration and development, which is likely to lead to some loss of assets during the course of the contract.
The annual value is approximately 1.5 000 000 GBP. The Employer does not warrant or guarantee any level of works.
Estimated Maximum Value of the life of the Contract inclusive of extensions would be 12 000 000 GBP Excluding VAT.
The Science Museum Group are looking for innovative supplier/s to deliver Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance Services that meets the requirement of the Group now and for the future of SMG. We wish to work with suppliers that have a flexible approach with a can do will do attitude and a proactive management style. In addition to the maintenance contractors will be invited to provide additional resources for ad-hoc projects and supporting exhibition fit outs.
Initially the Services will cover the following sites:
North — National Railway Museum, York; National Media Museum, Bradford;
South — Science Museum, Exhibition Road, London; Wroughton.
Other Areas may be considered during the term of the agreement:
North — Manchester Museum of Science and Industry, Railway Museum Shildon;
South — Blythe House, London.
The contract has been split into lots- those suppliers who only want to be considered for all services should complete lot 4 and, or 8 only.
The London Borough of Camden invites expressions of interest for five contracts as follows: — Contract 1: Mechanical maintenance and servicing; est. 5 400 000 GBP p.a. — Contract 2: Maintenance of individual heating systems; est. 2 900 000 GBP p.a. — Contract 3: General electrical systems maintenance; est. 2 700 000 GBP p.a. — Contract 4: Lift Maintenance; est. 900 000 GBP p.a. — Contract 5: Ancillary Services Maintenance; est. 1 000 000 GBP p.a. The services relate to infrastructure and installations associated with Camden's housing stock. Each contract will last 5 years and may be extended by up to a further 5 in accordance with the contract conditions. The estimated value of each contract given above is at 2015 prices. Applicants must complete a separate pre-qualification questionnaire and upload their section H responses and all supporting documentation separately for each lot they wish to apply for.
