Repair and maintenance services of building installations 1. The assignment includes corrective maintenance (acute, ie døgnvagt in some areas), preventive maintenance (periodic / scheduled), righting maintenance (replacement) and project-oriented tasks relating to the technical installations in the National Bank's property (ca. 48,000 sq.m.), located Havnegade 5, Copenhagen K (the building is preserved). There may also modestly be no similar function in Danmarks Nationalbank's other properties (located: Nyhavn 18, Copenhagen K - Niels Juel Street 7, Copenhagen K and Solmarksvej 5, Brøndby). Maintenance tasks include: A. Construction Installation Maintenance, ie maintenance of: - Electrical installations - Electric utilities - Emergency equipment - plumbing installations - Ventilation cooling and heating systems including humidifiers - Air systems - Transport systems including elevators - Automatic doors and gates - fire alarm and fire fighting equipment - Gasdetektionsanlæg. B. Rough Maintenance of installations, ie maintenance of: - Drain, wells and sewers including pump installations - Outdoor Lighting. 2. The task does not include: - Replacing lamps - Operating and monitoring of building automation system (BMS system) and energy management. - Operation and maintenance of technical installations for production equipment (banknote and coin production) and - security (access control, CCTV and intrusion and panic).
