Completed in summer 2007, the "Mitteldeutsche Multimediazentrum (MMZ)" at Mansfelder Strasse 56 in Halle (Saale) is a start-up center for the creative and media industry in Saxony-Anhalt. Thanks to its central location, a large number of networks, low-cost rents and modern equipment, it enables start-up companies a basis for their independence. As a result of the extreme flood in June 2013, the MMZ and the building's external equipment were badly damaged. In order to avoid future damage to the building, flood protection measures must be implemented as part of the refurbishment and conversion of the front surface of the building. The scope of this specification is the building electricity supply.
