The Regino-Gymnasium Prüm is housed in 2 buildings. All classrooms and the vast majority of classrooms are located in the old building, a former Benedictine abbey, whose origins date back to a large extent on the year 1748th The old building of the Regino-Gymnasium Prüm be sollumfänglich redeveloped structurally and technically. The redevelopment measures primarily include the improvement of the structural fire protection that ensure accessibility and the removal of accidents. The essential core of this construction project is the conversion of listed buildings and fire protection requirements. The remedial measures would be carried out during the school operation. The client has the purpose architectural services according to HOAI 2013, § 34 et seq, LPH. 4 to 9 (first stages) commissioned.
