The order includes the electrotechnical and mechanical maintenance work including

- welding works,

- inspection and repair of the structure and parts of the structure above the water line, and

- Coating, insulation and scaffolding work at offshore and onshore converter stations.

The scope of this commissioning includes all necessary measures at the offside converter stations and AC power transmission systems on the topside.


Electrotechnical maintenance mainly comprises the following components:

Control systems, GIS, transformers, switchgear, auxiliary and emergency generators, AC and DC self-contained including UPS, normal and emergency lighting, Paga system


Mechanical maintenance mainly includes the following systems:

Technical equipment, plant groups 1 (sewage, water and gas plants), 2 (heat supply plants), 3 (air-technical plants), 7 (use-specific plants) and 8 (building automation) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 for the Demolition and partial construction of the state vocational school I Bayreuth with technical college for automotive technology and electromobility.

It is intended to commission the work phases in stages. There is no legal claim to the commission of further service phases.

The scope of services includes all planning tasks and all necessary ancillary services that belong to the proper and complete execution of the planning or are required.

The city of Bayreuth intends to rebuild the State Vocational School I with technical school for driving and electromobility in Kerschensteinerstraße 6 in Bayreuth in stages and to break off the existing buildings gradually.

The space requirement of 9,975 m 2 HNF covers the following professional, administrative and community areas:

- metal technology,

- Electrical engineering,

- unischule and seminar school,

- mechatronics,

- automotive engineering + technical school,

- construction engineering (construction, wood, paint),

- Information and communication technology,

- Photography,

- vocational preparation,

- teaching and administration,

- "heart of the school" / common areas (auditorium, café, Silentium, etc.),

- Pausenhof and outdoor facilities (including parking, charging location for e-vehicles).

The current school is currently attended by 2 200 students, of which about 800 students are present at the same time due to the block lesson.

There are about 80 teachers working at the school.
