Jedná se o dodatečné stavební práce. V průběhu realizace stavby došlo ke změnám PD, které způsobily vícepráce a méněpráce oproti oceněnému výkazu prací a jejichž rozsah je vymezen ve změnovém listu v souladu s uzavřenou SoD. Vícepráce byly způsobeny částečně špatným technickým stavem některých zakrytých konstrukcí zjištěným v průběhu provádění prací, dále pak v některých případech nesouladem projektové dokumentace se stávajícím stavem, který nebylo možno v průběhu projektování, s ohledem na probíhající provoz školy, zjistit v plném rozsahu. Největší podíl v uvedeném rozsahu víceprací připadá na sanace a zakrytí statických poruch sádrokartonovými konstrukcemi v pavilonu „A“ i „D“, vy-bourání montážních otvorů do instalačních šachet, jejich zpětné zazdění po provedení příslušných instalací, doplnění kabelů a svítidel a slaboproudých zařízení dle specifikací a platných předpisů, doplnění souboru VZT a provedený vývrtů v železobetonových základových konstrukcích pro trasy ležaté kanalizace a VZT. Dalšími pracemi, jejichž provedení bylo nutné, jsou odtokové kanálky u bazénu, úpravy netěsností přepouštěcí jímky bazénu včetně krystalické izolace, doplnění čistících rohoží a úpravy křídel atypických dveří u šaten pavilonů „A“ i „B“ a dále doplnění uzavíracích armatur na požárním vodovodu a splachovacích nádržek k výlevkám.Ostatní vícepráce v podstatě řeší špatný stav technických částí budovy, je-jichž oprava nebo výměna nebyla předmětem zadání, ale s ohledem na bezpečnost a funkčnost a z důvodu řádného dokončení díla bylo nutné je provést v průběhu stavby. Rozsah víceprací byl částečně eliminován odpoč-tem položek, které nebylo třeba realizovat a jejichž neprovedením nedošlo k ovlivnění technické kvality dokončeného díla. Přesná rekapitulace přípočtů a odpočtů včetně položkových rozpočtů a komentáře k vzniklým změnám je součástí odsouhlaseného změnového listu.Dodatečné stavební práce nebyly obsaženy v původních zadávacích podmínkách a jejich potřeba vznikla v průběhu stavby a v důsledku okolností, které zadavatel jednající s náležitou péčí nemohl předvídat, a tyto dodatečné stavební práce jsou nezbytné pro provedení původních stavebních prací.
