The subject of the public contract is a contract for the supply, installation and commissioning 1 pc arthroscopic orthopedic surgery kits consisting of cameras, LED light source, display and recording system, arthroscopy pump and a bipolar device for removing soft tissue. Part of the delivery is the implementation of free service for at least 24 months of submission of the report in the desired range. The length of warranty service is subject to evaluation. The subject of the public contract will also be a period of 4 years from the signing of the Protocol on handing over the medical reports without defects and unfinished work, ongoing supply of consumables. In the case of the client's requirements, the supplier is obliged to conclude a contract to provide customer service delivered by the instrument assembly. In both cases (consumables and customer service), the contractor will guarantee the maximum allowable price stated in the offer, which was established supplier for the evaluation of its bid. The offer must draft service contract for post-warranty service (from the end of the warranty period within 4 years of the transfer kit) containing service conditions and mandatory indication of prices preventative checks (BTK), electrical inspections and metrological verification, including the issuance of reports as required by Act no. 268/2014 Coll., on medical devices, as amended. If you are taking other prescribed controls, measurement, calibration and validation, including the obligation is to put their prices. Tendering price of a selected consumable prices and customer service are subject to evaluation.
