The subject of the tender is to ensure the repair and maintenance of housing stock assets entrusted to the municipal district Silesian Ostrava in the field wiring. These include finding the causes of faults in the electrical system and removing, repairing bells, conductors, exchange and connection of electrical appliances, review of the sampling sites, electrical revisions in the apartment, all repairs kind of weak and heavy, replacing wiring related bricklaying and painting, porevizní repairs and the like. The aim is to ensure a continuous and smooth wiring repairs, including emergencies. Expected date of the public tender is to December 31, 2016.
The contract is associated electric power supply (hereinafter also the "electricity") and gas, including associated services, secure transmission, distribution and system services supply agreed quantities of electricity and gas supplier to the contracting authority, taking responsibility for a deviation in accordance with Law no. 458 / 2000 Coll., on business conditions and public administration in the energy sectors and amending certain laws (energy Act), as amended, and Decree no. 408/2015 Coll. of the Electricity Market Rules, the contracting authority providing access to on-line monitoring of consumption of electricity and gas.
The subject of the public contract is the modernization of electrostatic precipitators at the agglomeration north. It will be made for upgrading existing electrostatic precipitators, which are already 20 years old and therefore outdated and worn. Modernized will internals EO, supply and management. Electrostatic modernization will reduce the consumption of electrical energy for their operation and EO is adjusted so that the vacuum sintering belts may in the future operate with a higher vacuum than it is now. The selected contractor will design and deliver technological equipment and components for modernization projects. The supplier also draw up project documentation, which will be used for the installation of the supplied technology for dismantling work and subsequent operation. Technology supplier will provide supervision during erection, dismantling and commissioning. Selecting a supplier of assembly and disassembly, repair and reinforcement pipe (not the subject of this tender procedure) is performed later only on the basis of other independent technical conditions and according to the project documentation developed by the vendor of choice for technology modernization. The project "Reconstruction of dedusting technology units sorting coarse and fine screening plants coke OKK, as, Svoboda Coking to reduce fugitive emissions" is an ecological project. The aim of this contract is a significant reduction of fugitive emissions of air pollution operations coarse and fine screening plants coke (HTK, JTK) and at the same time improving the health conditions of its employees. The Contracting Authority intends to increase the efficiency of dust removal of at least 30%, which will reduce the amount of fugitive emissions and traffic HTK JTK of at least 24,500 kg / year. Scope of delivery - complete dismantling of the existing scrubbers, incl. dismantling electric - complete dismantling of the existing exhaust air distribution systems - Installation of new dry scrubbers with output values of dust in the air mass max. 5 mg / m³. - Installation of new exhaust air traffic routes with consistently adding exhaust hood in all places where dust is created - new transport routes equipped with automatically switchable flaps for setting the optimal path of air suction only currently active sites. Paths set according to possible variations based on production needs. - The flaps operate automatically based on the chosen technological routes of transported material connected to the existing control system centers. - Install new control system and instrumentation - Install a new source of compressed air quality needed for regeneration separators. - Install the evacuation of the collected dust - Solve the problem with moisture exhausted air and dust sucked, especially at low outdoor temperatures. - Implement the necessary minor construction work - an optimum coating system - Work will be performed in operation centers - The work process the project documentation, which will include a portion of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and construction. - The work to deliver all the documents necessary for its safe operation.
