Due to the urgent and compelling nature of this requirement, the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region (Reclamation) has prepared a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition and exception to the synopsis time periods specified in FAR Subpart 5.203 (Ref FAR Subpart 5.202(a)(2)). Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, material, equipment, and accessories required to perform: (1) Relocation of two crane hoists from Warehouse 10, section 1 (Tracy Site) to Warehouse 22, section 3 (Tracy Site) and; (2) Installation of electrical receptacles, cable trays, and new air lines in Warehouse 22, section 3 of the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) Tracy Site.
