Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Potassium Acetate Storage Tank W0134-17R009/A The Department of National Defence (DND), 4 Wing Transport Electrical Mechanical Engineers (TEME), has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a 50,000 litre capacity Potassium Acetate Storage Tank, as further defined in the Request for Proposal, with delivery to DND in Cold Lake, Alberta. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to comply will result in rejection of your bid.
