This requirement is on an "as" and "when" requested basis.  The period of the Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for a one year period beginning on April 1, 2017 with the option to extend up to two additional one year periods if required.  SECURITY In order to be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all biddersMUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved by PSPC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the level indicated in this Solicitation document. Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy:  Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements:   CCGC Maintenance Garage  Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for Supply and construction of a new maintenance garage as shown on the drawings and described in the specification. Supply and installation of a new sanitary sewer system including excavation, backfill, pipe, bedding, manholes, frames and covers and connection to existing manhole. Clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill as required to construct the building foundations and as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Supply and installation of a new asphalt driveway and curbs. Supply and installation of a new concrete pad to support the diesel fuel tank. Electrical and mechanical fit-up of the building as noted in the drawings as specified and identified on the attached plans and Specification Job No R.065476.609. The location of this construction project is at Canadian Coast Guard College in Sydney, NS.
