The work includes alterations to new tenants suite and existing corridor.  Construction includes alterations to existing demising walls, interior corridor, new partitions, patch and repair of existing ceiling, new GWB ceiling, new flooring and furniture.  Public corridor extension to South West stair includes 1 hr rated demising wall and ceiling and finishes. Mechanical Maintenance Services – RCMP Detachments

REQUIREMENT

RCMP K Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Andrew, Elk Point, Kitscoty, Saddle Lake, Smoky Lake and Two Hills RCMP Detachment located in the Province of AB. Term of the contract will be for two years with two additional one (1) year option to extend.

TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) years from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There is an optional site visit scheduled for Wednesday, September 21st, 2016 at 11:00 am MDT (Mountain Daylight Time). Bidders are requested to meet at the main public entrance at Smoky Lake RCMP Detachment located at 5212 – 44th Avenue, Smoky Lake, AB.
