RCMP K Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Andrew, Elk Point, Kitscoty, Saddle Lake, Smoky Lake and Two Hills RCMP Detachment located in the Province of AB. Term of the contract will be for two years with two additional one (1) year option to extend.
TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) years from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.
The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.
