The Order of the Walloon Government of 30 November 2006 on the promotion of electricity produced from renewable energy sources or cogeneration, as amended subsequently defines the trajectory of the Walloon energy mix until 2024 and certificates of envelopes green for the different sectors. The Walloon energy mix provides, in particular the establishment of unit (s) Central (s) of production of electricity with an installed capacity exceeding 20 MW (support provided to an electric power of 200 MW) fed (s ) through sustainable solid biomass (envelope 1028160 green certificates in 2021). This solicitation is the support via the mechanism of green certificates to the Walloon Region implementation of one or more power generation facilities from solid biomass for maximum cumulative capacity of 200 MW.

This contract is for the supply and installation in perfect working order new oil hydraulic equipment control doors, gates and sluices and locks of Salzinne Auvelais and after dismantling of existing facilities. The hardware installed on each of the 5-door is the same.

Each door, the company includes:

• Removing the hardware installed non réutiliséet his removal from the area of ​​the region;

• The supply and installation of oil hydraulic equipment for the control of the gate valve and sluices (fluid power group, pipe, ...);

• Adaptation of electrical circuits and wiring;

• The adaptation of possibly salvage.

The jacks and their current limit switches are kept. Seals for cylinders are modified to support their transition to environmentally compatible oil.

The lock is maintained in service during the construction period.

The tender is a works contract, multi-year contract with conditional phases with a firm phase, brought on the budget 2016 the Walloon Region, covering the work on the lock of Salzinnes and a conditional phase covering the work on the lock of Auvelais.

Construction and restoration workshops / reallocation of historic buildings (phase 2) for the Pole of stone (Soignies)

The works contract is the extension of the Pole of the stone (Training Centre in Soignies) through the implementation of the second phase of restoration and reallocation of historical buildings of the former Great Career Wincqz (classified), as well as the construction of a new building with two workshops. The work benefit from European co-financing under the ERDF 2014-2020 programming.

The contract comprises 5 lots:

- Lot 1: general contractor (historic buildings) and site coordination - Registration D24 - open tender

- Lot 3: electrical, fire detection and intrusion detection - Registration P1 - open tender

The contracting authority pursues an objective of quality and responsible market. It draws attention to the importance of respecting the ethical, social and environmental criteria and anti-dumping clauses. A social clause of training is scheduled for lots 1 and 5.

Subject of the concession: Public works concession - Shelter for travelers.


The provision of minimum 220 shelters for users of public transport TEC.

10% of these shelters will be equipped with a minimum digital HD full color screen 32 inches for displaying various information (waiting time for buses, cultural information of the city ...).

The number of shelters will be changed to the designation of concession or concession over an extent of up to 5% of the total shelter.
