IMEC looks for a climate chamber for PV module with sizes up to 1x1.7 m2 to perform the following tests: Damp heat (DH), Thermal Cycling (TC) and humidity freeze (HF) following the requirements of IEC61215 standard.
To match the requirements of TC testing of IEC61215 -1 Ed 2 (MQT 11) where electrical load at the samples is required during thermal cycling, imec also asks for integration of adapted power source and control unit.
In summary imec looks for two major parts: a standard climate chamber and electrical load unit connected to samples during reliability testing. The electrical load unit should adapt to the current level flowing through the sample in different moments of the temperature cycle as detailed in the extract below. Therefore the control of the electrical load should be linked to the climate/sample chamber temperature.
For the section of electrical energy, EcoWerf chose 100% green power.
This plot includes the supply of electrical energy to the different EcoWerf acquisition points according to the reference profiles. EcoWerf chooses to get 100% green power.
The assignment concerns the supply of natural gas according to the specifications of the natural gas network operators at EcoWerf's disposal points.
