The Audiovisual Facility (AVF) supports the mission of the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) by providing a wide range of instructional support services. These services include graphics, still photography, video production, classroom Audiovisual (AV) technical support, electronic publishing, TechLab and Immersive Training support, and printing and document reproduction services. The Audiovisual Facility is comprised of a professional staff of graphic artists, AV technicians, videographers, photographers and other technical specialists. The campus closed-circuit television system originates from this facility. Provide full services associated with design, installation and commissioning of audiovisual systems for U.S. District Court, District of Delaware, Courtrooms 6A and 6B. Each audiovisual system must include elements of mobility and be installed in mobile lecterns, which will be government furnished equipment.  The system shall include standards and best practices associated with the use of technologies which support the use of known network infrastructures.  The audiovisual system shall include the ability to send and receive high definition video and audio from multiple source input types and display to multiple output devices.  The system should include the abilities to expand, support system modifications and easily perform maintenance.The installation shall include all necessary components, cabling, supportive brackets, connetors, and any piece to complete the entire audiovisual system. Where the scope of work includes GFE, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Government on the specific timing to obtain the GFE, and any supportive cabling, connectors, and brackets.  The Contractor is required to configure all specified component equipment to perform at the optimum specification.  The Government shall notify the Contractor of all the specifiic details of the GFE at and/or near the award.All control processor code and audiovisual configuration files shall be furnished to the U.S. District Court on a CD in un-compiled form.  All associated/supportive modules shall be provided in unencrypted form with the un-compiled code.  Code should be accompanied with supportive documentation and user interface guide.

The UN is seeking EOI for the provision of audiovisual archives storage and management , professional services for the conversion and digitization of audiovisual materials in the same facilities without the need to transport the original contents to another physical location for News and Media Division (NMD) ,Department of Public Information (DPI) at UNHQ. The UN audiovisual collections comprise of audio, video, film, and photographic archives in a wide variety of formats and sizes, which are currently stored and managed by an external service provider. In addition to that, in order to have a more secure, cost-effective workflow while keeping the integrity of the master analog formats, as well as to save time and delivery/pick-up costs, DPI/NMD also requires that the service provider offers professional services for the conversion and digitization of audiovisual materials in the same facilities without the need to transport the original contents to another physical location. This scope of work is currently provided by another external service provider. In order to provide the required audiovisual services, vendors must be able to demonstrate previous experience in: • Storage and management of audiovisual archives in a wide variety of formats and sizes within minimum standards of temperature and relative humidity, security control, and cleanliness for both accessibility and long-term preservation; • Conversion and transfers of a variety of audiovisual formats of audio, video, film recordings, as well as photographic slides and negatives; • On-site screening and editing facilities for UN clients who need to select specific shots which the UN has not equipment and facilities; • Digitization of audiovisual materials in a wide range of formats in accordance with UN requirements and industry standards; • Delivery of the final digital output to UN Headquarters in New York in the most cost-effective way possible.

Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC), located in the Pentagon, has recurring requirements for audiovisual (A/V) equipment to include installation and maintenance services. The Government seeks to competitively establish a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a GSA schedule 70 contractor to meet the wide range of HQMC A/V needs.  Once the BPA is established, A/V requirements, as they arise, will be satisfied via a BPA call award.  The BPA will be the vehicle of choice through which HQMC A/V requirements are to be satisfied.   An award will be made to the contractor who possesses the requisite capability required to support the broad scope of the A/V products and services required by HQMC and tenant activities that include the Pentagon, Navy Support Facility, Henderson Hall, and the Marine Barracks Washington as encompassed by the National Capital Region.  The acquisition of A/V products and services will be on an as-required basis over a five-year ordering period.The solicitation is scheduled to be posted to GSA prior to 30 June 2017.
