Dundee and Angus College | Published February 10, 2016
cpvs
171000, 171010

Lot 2: Blended Learning Method of Delivery (online only)
Lot 3: Wildcard New provision from a UK University, College or Awarding Body which would fulfil the TQFE course content needs, i.e. SCQF Level 9 or above Teacher Training for the current Scottish FE environment (which includes some HE delivery).

NHS Tayside | Published October 1, 2015
cpvs
329999

Delivery of provision of relationships, sexual health & parenthood education (RSHP) & related support to priority groups of young people The Sexual Health & Blood Bourne Virus MCN, NHS Tayside wishes to commission the provision of relationships, sexual health and parenthood education & related support for priority groups of young people across Tayside. This work should link directly with the RSHP framework developed for Tayside in light of national guidance. http://www.gov.scot/Resource/0046/00465948.pdf We are looking for an initial overview of how this might be delivered with an emphasis on training, youth development & partnership work in order to develop a sustainable framework across Tayside This service will focus on young people aged 10-25 who are less likely to be receiving mainstream curricular inputs around sexual health, relationships and wellbeing. The priority target group and those where the bulk of provision will be targeted are those aged 10-18 but in order to promote inclusion there is an acknowledgement that due to changes in legislation the definition of young person can extend to those up to age 25. In particular priority groups will include young people who are: • Excluded from school • Attending off-site education provision • Looked after by the Local Authority, either in the community or in residential care • Held within secure accommodation in Tayside • Involved in offending behaviour • Truanting from school • Supported in mainstream education as a result of Additional Support Needs/learning difficulties Work should include young people who have multiple and complex needs and may be represented by one or more of the categories above where risk factors have been identified. Any work delivered should aim im to respond to their needs in a way that takes into account sexuality, gender and cultural diversity. In addition to this, input around sexual health, relationships and wellbeing will be offered to those involved in the care of the priority groups of young people listed above. This may include, but is not limited to: • Foster carers • Kinship carers • Staff within residential care, including secure accommodation • Parents (in partnership with the Speakeasy programme)

In recent years the Scottish Social Services Council has developed and expanded its commitment to provide learning and development resources for the full range of stakeholders in the social service sector in Scotland. We have increasingly focused on the use of mobile technology to support learning given the dispersed and community-based nature of the workforce we seek to serve. We have sought to appoint a framework of suppliers who have the requisite experience and capacity to meet our new development needs in the above noted areas over the coming 24 months, with the possibility of extending for two 12 month periods, increasing organisational agility in meeting the needs and expectations of our employers as well as stakeholders in higher and further education.
