The contract covers consultant-supported emergency and foster care for children and adolescents up to 21 years. Emergency and family always work commissioned directly from the social welfare committee. By law, foster homes must be approved by a social welfare and the family must be approved by locating board. The objective of this procurement is to cover municipal needs of consultant-supported emergency and foster care in addition to the home that already exists within the organization. With the consultant supported emergency and foster care means activities where an actor conveys call and foster, assist in the social welfare investigations of these homes, providing guidance and support to them and stands for education, both before and during the placement and provides transportation.
The contract is divided into four categories of foster care for children and young people:
1 - Commissioner Supported emergency homes.
2 - Commissioner Supported family.
3 - Consultant Supported foster homes for unaccompanied refugee children and adolescents.
4 - Commissioner-supported foster homes for unaccompanied refugee children and adolescents.
See the description of the requirements for each category in the specifications. A business has the same operational manager, staff and premises. If the tenderer has several activities that must be negotiated separately for each activity. For this procurement relates Botkyrka to contract by up to 10-15 providers within each category that can offer these services. The investments, decided on before the framework agreement in this contract comes into force, will continue.
