Hiring Of Social Mobilization Implementing Partner(s) /cace Requestfor Expressions of Interest (Re-advertised) REOI NO: GPE/01/2015 GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP FOR EDUCATION-BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION PROJECT (GPE-BEP) (TF019124) Hiring of Social Mobilization Implementing Partner(s) /CACE The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented byGovernment of Balochistan has received a grant from Global Partnership for Education through WorldBank towards the cost of GLOBALPARTNERSHIP FOR EDUCATION - BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION PROJECT (GPE-BEP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultingservices. Theconsulting services ("the Services") in the districts include formation, mobilization and capacity building of PTSMCs, regularimplementation of project interventions in coordination with relevant stakeholders, including EDS&QA Firms to ensureconstruction activities under the project are going onsmoothly. The GPE-BEP now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") toindicate their interest in providing the Services for below mentioned regions. Interested Consultants should provide informationdemonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short listingcriteria are a) Corporate Capacity (Core businessand years of experience in same business for at least 10 years); b) At least five(5) similar assignments completed in last five years indicating the nature and scope of these assignments; c) the staff involvedand employed; d) availability of appropriate skills among staff; e) experience of working under similar conditions.
