In connection with newly concluded agreements for the construction and E & W-installation serving to realize the new Activity Center (The Asset) on the Bentinck Park is the municipality Hoogeveen launched a European non-tender. The Asset is the heart of the campus education and sport Bentinck Park. It consists of two sports halls, a gymnasium, a sports bar, spaces for tenants and other related areas (such as changing rooms, boardroom and storage for the adjacent track). The size is approximately 7000 m². The hall areas are occupied during the day for sports education, evenings and weekends they are available to sports clubs and (sports) events (see the map in section 1.2). For the assignment, the client distinguishes between prevailing minimum requirements and wishes to the suitability of candidates (PQQ) and secondly a job part specific requirements (descriptive document). Phase 1: selection. There is a selection of candidates on the basis of the information submitted by the applicant in the application for participation. It is assessed based on a number of minimum requirements. Through these requirements, the capacity of the candidate is determined to perform the services for the client. Up to five candidates per lot will be selected and invited for phase 2. If more than five candidates per lot meet the minimum requirements will be a selection of five candidates through notarial draw.
