It is a comprehensive hazard insurance for the property of the municipality of Maastricht, as well as schools for the purpose of primary and secondary education, located within the city of Maastricht. The total insured sum of the contract is approximately 900 000 000 EUR.
The city of Maastricht is the "Geusselt Area" to get to an attractive environment in which to live, work, education and recreation are in balance. The recreation part pursues the municipality to develop a sporting environment where indoor and outdoor sports facilities are offered in conjunction.
Part of the sporting environment is a new sports hall at the "Geusselt". This hall is a replacement of the existing sports hall "Geusselt" which - in accordance with the master plan "Geusselt" - to make way for housing.

Description of the contract:
UM owns 57 elevators and 6 smaller lifters. The university is looking for parties that can perform preventive maintenance and repairs. Major repair (> 25 000 EUR) are not part of this contract.
This tender is divided into lots per finished product and thus consists of three lots.
Purpose and intended outcome of the tender:
The purpose of this tender is for the maintenance of elevators and lifters enter into an agreement with one party per plot for the maximum period of 10 years with a probation period of one year.
