The advisor will assist the Central Elections Commission, State Registry Service, Judiciary and other relevant partners in reviewing national electoral legislation to identify gaps relevant to human rights, and work to address those gaps. Assist in strengthening voter education during the pre-election period, observation of human rights during the elections, and facilitate and assist in electoral disputes resolution (EDR) after the elections in compliance with the national and international law on human rights related to elections.
