The Higher Education Commission now invites sealedbids from eligible and qualified bidders forhardware to deploy IBM Business Process Manager (IBM-BPM) for Business Processes Automation Project in Higher Education Commission. Biddingwill be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders fromEligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines. Its main products are IELTS (the International English Language Testing Service), school examinations for Cambridge and Pearson, various professional and higher education examinations and tests and examinations in English language. The British Council is proud of its reputation for offering a professional examinations service - both for its candidates, and for the boards whose exams it delivers. A great deal of effort and investment goes into the setting up and administering these examinations. We ensure that we maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality of examination materials at all times and provide the best examination conditions Sri Lanka British Council Sri Lanka caters around 80 000 various examinations around 30-35 centres throughout Sri Lanka. Our biggest session is in May June every year where we have around 70 venues spread over 40 cities across Pakistan. These cities include Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Larkana, Peshawar, Nowshera, DG. Khan, Islamabad, Jehlum, Azad Kashmir, British Council Sri Lanka delivers around 80 000 various examinations in 30 - 35 centres throughout Sri Lanka. Some of the main cities included but are not limited to: Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna, Galle, Matara, Gampaha, Batticaloe and Trancomallee The requirement for this tender has been divided into two Lots to cater for Pakistan and Sri Lanka; suppliers can bid for one Lot or for both.
