This operation concerns the acquisition of food to prepare all of the meals served by the City. However, do not concern off purchases made under different specific events throughout the year, which could be the subject of specific operations. In addition, some products necessary for the implementation of meals are the subject of separate contracts, awarded in accordance with an appropriate procedure, pursuant to Article 27-III of the Public Procurement Code, not covered by the contract. These items are specified in the tender regulations. Following the adoption of the Charter of the environment, and as part of the implementation of Local Agenda 21, the municipality of Salon-de-Provence wishes to take account of sustainable development in its procurement markets the Central Kitchen. These measures are also part of the continuing education and nutrition project of the Municipality, Town and City NFHP (WHO) to participate in educating children to a citizen power, responsible vis-à-vis the health and the environment. Therefore, it wishes to take more account of all production and processing conditions for implementing "green" more respectful of the environment and valuing the knowledge, men and territories.
