For the production of complex components for research and teaching in the field of cutting and forming special machines a machining center is to be procured, that the 5-sided and 5-axis simultaneous machining allows. At the same time, the machine is an integral part of practice-oriented engineering education in the field of engineering design and production-oriented constructing. Through the use of a modern 5-axis machining center, the possibility should be created that the students and academic staff realize their constructive designs z. T. independently or with the assistance of skilled personnel in the mechanical workshop. By previously learning the possibilities of such a machine should be taught as suitable for production drawings are to be compiled and beyond CAD / CAM strategies are used for complex 5-axis machining.

FAIR GmbH has concluded a comprehensive multi-risk insurance (MRV) for property and casualty cases in order to control project risks in connection with the establishment of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR).

In order to ensure the content requirements and the required response times from the point of view of the client, a suitable team structure is required. This should consist of a team leader and contributing subject matter experts.

The FAIR project reports quarterly to the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and twice a year to the supervisory bodies of FAIR and GSI GmbH.

The contractor will provide the client on a monthly basis with written documentation about his current activity and its progress according to the schedule.
