The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) intends to award a framework contract for the placement of job advertisements in print and on-line medias under a non-open procedure.
Services which can be called up by the contracting authority within the framework contract include:
1. Layout layout of the display on the basis of a predetermined call-out text,
2. Switching the display in predefined print and on-line medias nationwide.
The Federal Institute for Vocational Education intends following order in the context of an open procedure awarded to: "conduct a qualitative study and development of 3 application-oriented learning modules for the trainers Portal foraus.de about:
"Process-oriented design of vocational training and actions for training staff at the venues of the dual system."
The following services are to be provided by the contractor:
The contractor assumes the implementation and preparation of a nationwide exploratory study with the involvement of 30 dual training operations and three vocational schools and 3 ÜBSen. Of these, 2 farms upstream time to interview as pretest.
The contractor accepts the conception and development of 3 learning modules on the subject:
- Action and process-oriented training and their methods,
- Cooperation between learning locations and
- Roles and responsibilities of the company training personnel.
Demographic and technological developments, changing operational function landscapes and the transformation of the higher education system raises the question of how the future of competition between graduates of the (controlled) training, the technical schools, the dual degree programs and bachelor's degree programs for positions of middle compartment develop and management level in companies and what repercussions arising from one hand to the corresponding structures on the other hand for the career prospects of its graduates -. The study aims to work out which educational institutions, educational structures and offerings are in demand in the future, to the need for the professional and interdisciplinary skills and competences for higher specialist and middle management tasks to do justice.
