The subject of the public contract consists of: • providing application support (APV LOK, KOC and PVO), • the development of APV LOK, KOC and air defense, ie. The incorporation of modifications to existing APV LOK, KOC and PVO (legislative changes, modifications in applications LOK KOC and PVO based on the requirements of methodology and design users), the development and assembly of new communication interface with existing and newly created applications and preparation of relevant documentation. a) Project Manager: • University degree, a minimum of 5 years experience in project management, a valid certificate in project management. (Eg. Prince 2 Practitioner IPMA C certification or equivalent or higher level). b) Process Analyst: • University degree, minimum of 5 years experience in process and business analysis. c) Information System Architect: • University degree, minimum of 5 years experience as a software architect, a valid certificate in the field of software development. (Eg. TOGAF Foundation Certificate or equivalent or higher level). d) 2x senior developer: • University degree, a minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
