The Southern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for the non-personal services of (1) full-time equivalent (FTE) Orthopedic Physical Therapy Consultant in the Department of Orthopedics for the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston TX. Services will include lectures, clinical instruction, managing grants, and evaluating and acting as mentor for post professional doctoral students in orthopedic and manual physical therapy. The work will be performed at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) for a base year beginning 1 Apr 2015 through 30 September 2015 plus two option years (through 30 September 2017). This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside and will be awarded to the offeror proposing the Best Value to the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621340, Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Audiologists. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621340 is $7.5 million.
