LCC may review various aspects of the investment arrangements of LCPF and may make changes to its overall strategy. The Framework Agreement lots will be defined as Public Equity, Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, Risk Management, Macroeconomic Analysis, Governance. LCC expects to have no fewer than three suppliers on each lot and no more than ten. Once the Framework Agreement is in place, LCC will conduct a mini-competition exercise between suppliers on all lots whenever it requires the services within the scope of that lot. All those consultants within the relevant lot will be invited to bid, and no others. Each mini-competition exercise will be awarded based on most economically attractive tender (MEAT) criteria. Suppliers appointed to lots 1 to 6 are encouraged to pro-actively approach LCC whenever they identify an opportunity within the scope of the given lot.
