The University's preference is to award projects to Multidisciplinary Teams (via Lots 1, 2 and 3). The University of Leicester is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary design teams for delivering RIBA Stage 4-7 concerning the refurbishment and alternations required to create an outstanding Business Innovation Hub.
