South Ayrshire Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably experienced Architect to act as Lead Consultant / Contract Administrator for the Dining Hall Extension to Annbank Primary School, Annbank The design team will be formed by external consultants appointed by South Ayrshire Council. The project comprises the extension of Annbank Primary School to form a new dining hall with community space and changing accommodation. Internal alterations will also be required to the existing school at the connection point. The existing dining hall, which is a stand-alone timber structure within the school campus, is to be demolished on completion of the extension. All associated external works are also to be included.
