The Council wishes to appoint a contractor to help it ensure that its business rates database is up to date and accurate, both in terms of the inclusion of relevant businesses and hereditaments and the appropriate rateable values are recorded for existing liabilities.
The Council is conducting an open procedure to identify a consultant to help it ensure their business rates database is up to date. There is no guarantee of value or volume of work and will be a commission to the consultant based on them identifying additional business rates income.
Ulster University would like to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to carry out a compliance role for expenditure incurred by partners involved in the 2 named projects. This compliance and verification of expenditure must be done in accordance with the programme rules for the EU's INTERREG VA cross border programme for Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland (2014 - 2020). It is expected that the consultant will also provide advice and guidance on compliance and eligibility of expenditure to all project partners on an ongoing basis, but particularly in advance of expenditure occurring.
The Pirbright Institute is seeking to procure a ‘Project Team’ comprising a Project Manager, Cost Manager and Multidisciplinary Design Team to support the delivery of the design and conversion of ISO 10 (constructed in circa 2005) into a ‘Poultry Experimental Facility’ (PEF) via a Construction Management procurement approach. Consultants will be expected to work as part of an integrated project team to deliver the project. The Construction Manager appointment will be the subject of a separate procurement action. The estimated construction value is 11 000 000 GBP.
