The University of Exeter Medical School is looking to appoint an IT specialist (on a consultancy basis) to support the procurement of a complex data collection and management system, associated with the delivery of a new research project, known as SMARTLINE.  SMARTLINE is funded with support from the European Regional Development Fund.
This SMART homes, SMART communities project will collect environmental data from 350 homes in Cornwall, in addition we will collect data from the occupants about their lifestyles and aspirations, This data will form a part of a comprehensive data web that we will construct around these individuals to support their health and wellbeing and to, where possible, connect individuals more effectively within their local community – though volunteering, through community activities, etc.
SMARTLINE will seek to establish mechanisms to understand and respond to the needs of individuals more effectively through the use of machine-learning, early intervention and supporting community engagement.
This role will support the SMARTLINE project team and the University of Exeter Procurement Specialists, to carry out an effective circ. £1.5mill IT data system to support this activity.

Defence Primary Healthcare require a Defence Consultant Advisory Service to work in our secondary care referral centre based in Aldershot. The role requires working as part of a successful team who provide a comprehensive range of multi-disciplinary treatment options for the rehabilitation of service personnel. Clinician required one morning session 0800-1230 per calendar month (date by mutual agreement) for treatment planning in conjunction with our full time restorative and visiting maxillofacial consultants and to oversee orthodontic treatment carried out by MOrth qualified specialist clinicians. Our orthodontists currently utilise MBT mechanics and are supported by high quality in house technicians. We have a high throughput of adult multidisciplinary patients from across the Royal Navy, Army and Air Force along with the children of those who serve overseas have treatment planned and co-ordinated from the central Aldershot hub, with the occasional use of videoconferencing to provide advice to remote locations. All applicants must hold an in date DBS certificate, pass the MOD security clearance checks, hold appropriate indemnity insurance, meet all appropriate occupational health requirements and hold a current NHS orthodontic consultant contract. Comprehensive induction package to enable effective work within the military environment, this will not involve any physical activity. The term of the contract is for an initial 3 year period with an optional, up to, 24 month extension. Estimated total value excluding VAT: 6,000 GBP per annum. Architectural Design Consultant Building 104 Storage Projects, IWM Duxford

This Contract covers the appointment of an experienced Architectural Design Consultant to assist IWM with the following projects: •	Building 1 – the potential construction of a new building, with approximate GIA of 1,200 sq. m (referred to as DX-104 new build).
•	Building 2 – the conversion of Building 104 to accommodate additional storage, with approximate GIA of 1,200 sq. m. Note: to achieve the required space it is likely that a mezzanine floor will need to be introduced (subject to feasibility) into the existing building volume. See section 3.3 of this document for further information about the nature of these buildings but it should be noted that they should be PD5454 compliant, meet the BREEAM excellent rating and it is possible that fire suppression will be required in the new building. Whilst the buildings will be adjacent, and a link between the two is seen as advantageous, the design proposals will need to be developed to allow the buildings to be split and developed independently if Planning Permission is not granted for the full scheme. The Architectural Design Consultant will act as Lead designer and be responsible for managing the design input of a team of consultants separately appointed by the IWM comprising:
•	Structural/Civils design consultant
•	Mechanical and Electrical design consultant •	Specialist fit out designers/contractors It is envisaged that the works will be procured on a traditional basis. The Architect may be engaged to provide Contract Administrator Services for the construction phase of the Project(s). In support of this some of the conservation functions currently undertaken at London will transfer to Duxford. This Contract covers the appointment of an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultant to assist IWM with the refurbishment of building 6, located on the North site at IWM Duxford. The building currently houses part of the museum’s collection (predominantly paper), some of which is to be decanted elsewhere to allow for the refurbishment works to be delivered. Building 6 was built in 1933 with the original use designation as dining rooms and social space. It was built to the Air Ministry and Director of Works drawing No 852/32 to a style characteristic of that pioneered by Lutyens. The building has grade 2 listed status.

The Musselburgh Flood Protection Scheme aims to deliver the objectives set out by the Forth Estuary Local Plan District's Flood Risk Management Plan. This aims primarily to reduce economic damage to both residential and non-residential properties, as well as risk to the people of Musselburgh caused by flooding from the River Esk and coastal flooding.
