The consulting services ("the Services") inter-alia include: Consultant has to extract and analyze data from patients' records, to provide baseline and follow upindicators' values: 1. PDO Indicator 1: Early detection of cervical andbreast cancer: a) Ratio of new in situ to new invasive cervical cancer b)Share of new breast cancer detected at stage I 2. PDO Indicator 2:Share ofpatients between 40 and 60 years old achieving target level of blood pressure (measure is 140/90mmHg) 3. Intermediate Indicator 9: Share of acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation diagnosesconfirmed according to appropriate protocols in the previous 12 months. For each of the three studies the Consultant is expected to: - Elaborate the methodology of the studies in consultation with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine andthe 8 Project Oblasts,including development of the sampling plan anddata collection instruments, - Train the data collection specialist in order to ensurecoherent approach for sampling and coding, - Collect the data from patients medical records at the selected facilities, -Input, control and analyze the data.
