Full coordination of the implementation of the project by winning a close collaboration with the contracting authority. The Project related to project management tasks: general project management tasks • Project Administration - documentation organization, data entry and financial monitoring system and communication • Project management between project stakeholders - project meetings, compiling, producing and monitoring schedules, contacts with the Organisation for Assistance • Project Meetings agenda compilation, management meetings • Regular in consultation with the technical supervisor, a designer and contractors • Immediate information in the project involved relevant updates (eg. change in scheduling, changes in legislation, etc) in a continuous contact with the Organisation • Data Capture financial and monitoring systems • Intermediate and availability management of Financial Management • Records : contracts, completion certificates, invoices, payments, control of financial documents verifying conformity • Financial documents on conditions for granting support • Project Budget follow-up to cost / savings management, monitoring aid intensity veracity • Preparation of payment requests, shortfalls • Collaborate, liaise with the project audit of procurement, supply in the preparation of the preparation of the coordination of relations • Participation in procurement procedures • Vendor Contracts contribution, with legal counsel cooperation, constant contact with control of the conditions for granting support • suppliers Monitoring data and reports • Interim and final reports compilation, submission, rectification • Monthly report is completed ...
