The Contracting Party wishes to enter into an agreement regarding the delivery of services as environmental advisor for construction-projects.

The intention is to engage an environmental advisor to assist the Project Manager to set ambitious, sustainable and realistic environmental-goals in accordance with Stavanger Municipalities climate- and environment-plan. The aim is for the environmental-advisor to assist from the concept-study phase. The extent of advisory services required during the planning and execution-phases will depend on the chosen format for execution.

Stavanger eiendom's Project Division currently has a large project-portfolio. The budget for 2017 is approximately 800 M NOK.

The projects are executed in different forms of construction-enterprises, both as split and different variations of turnkey-enterprises.

The projects are led by in-house Project Managers. In some projects we use in-house architects, otherwise services are procured for each project.

This contract consists of environmental-advisory services in order to aid our construction-projects reach the environmental-ambitions established.

The Contracting Party intends to award the framework agreement to 1 Tenderer who can supply these services.

The Contract has an estimated average yearly value of approximately 700 000 NOK. This sum is excl. VAT and is for advisory purposes only, based on the number of projects stated in our investment budget.

Competence broking is a tool in VRI Rogaland. VRI stands for ‘Funding for regional innovation’. During the period 2017 — 2019, VRI Rogaland will be financed by the Research Council of Norway's' new program, FORREGION, Rogaland communicates and the County Governor in Rogaland.

The main objective in the period is: VRI Rogaland shall assist in increasing value creation through research based innovation that shall secure the existing, and create new work places.

The agreement is set for approx. nine months, expiry date 31.12.2017, with an option on 1 year + 1 year (12 months + 12 months). This is done in order to follow the calendar year, due to different grant schemes.

It is desirable that the research based broker has an independent role, to avoid mixing roles in the market, see more information in the attached requirement specification. The research based broker must sign a confidentiality agreement by start up of the assignment.

The Competence broker in aquaculture will be responsible for assisting companies connected with the aquaculture industry and the fishing industry in the entire county. Aquaculture belongs in the priority area Microeconomic. Estimated annual framework agreement: 400 000.

Estimated annual framework: 340 000

Broker shall primarily assist businesses in the field of maritime industries, but as needed, also other areas under the priority area of Technology with a future. Estimated annual framework: 340,000.

The broker shall primarily assist businesses in the field of renewable energy, but as need, also other areas under the priority area of Technology with a future. Estimated annual framework: 220 000

Estimated annual framework: 190 000

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for consultancy services for electrical engineering (RIE) for the engineering design services for a new building for the Norwegian Printing Museum (Stavanger).

A new Norwegian Printing Museum shall be constructed in Stavanger. The museum is a part of MUST (Museum Stavanger), MUST owns the building and is the contracting authority for the work. Stavanger municipality c/o Stavanger Property is responsible for the project management in the project.

MUST has held an architect contest and the winning draft ‘Meet in old Stavanger’ shall be realised. The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for consultancy services for electrical engineering (RIE) for the engineering design services for a new building based on the winning draft.

The contracting authority wishes, through this contest, to enter into a contract for RIB services in connection with the engineering design of the Norwegian Printing Museum's new building (sStavanger).

A New Norwegian Printing Museum shall be constructed in Stavanger. The Museum is a part of MUST (Museum Stavanger). MUST owns the building and is the contracting authority for the works. Stavanger Municipality/Stavanger property is liable for the project management.

MUST has implemented a design contest and the winner draft named ‘Møte i gamle Stavanger’ shall be carried out. The contracting authority wishes, through this contest, to enter into a contract for consulting engineer, construction technique (RIB) for the engineering design of the new building, based on the awarded draft.
