Ski municipality would like to join up with a provider independent collaboration partner within research, analysis and consultancy services so that we can design good systems. The service provider shall provide consultancy services and quality assurance on deliveries. Services and qualities included in the services that the service provider shall offer listed below.
1. The service provider shall cover all aspects of the IT industry. This includes:
a: Consultancy services for final user organisations based on interviews, analyses and daily contact with other, equivalent organisations for, amongst other things, develop best practices in various areas in the application of technology in the organisations.
b. Monitoring of all participants (the suppliers) in various technology markets by, amongst other things, ranking providers in a given market, assessment of the providers' own development based on proven methodologies.
c. Monitoring technology trends for use, analyses of the impact technology can have in various parts of society, analyses of the various phases a technology undergoes from conception to commercial availability in the market and in daily use in organisations.
d. Monitoring the market with market analyses that include statistics on market shares, forecasts and market trends. The analyses must be both qualitative and quantitative in nature.
2. The service provider's analyses must be based on:
a. Proven analytical models on technology development, maturity and circulation.
b. Proven analytical models on ranking and positioning of providers in various markets and technology areas.
c. Well defined and recognised research processes.
d. Methods shall be based on recognised and well defined methods with a basis in best practice.
3. The service provider must be able of offer:
a: A portal with relevant content based on research and analyses. It should be possible to configure the portal as needed.
b. Analyses, methods and tools that address problems in the ICT field.
c. Free access to analysts.
d. Free access to analyses, methodologies, templates and tools.
e. Analyses on both a strategic level and as concrete tactical consultancy for implementation;
for Consultancy services in close connection to and based on access to the same research and analysis material that is offered through the member services.
g. A broad selection of trade conferences, seminars and symposia both in Norway and internationally with the possibility for networking with other members.
h. A contact person in Norway who helps us use the contract optimally by having regular meetings with us and other necessary activity so that we get value for money.
