The client has recently noticed that many organizations find it complex to develop an effective approach in the field of stress and inappropriate behavior with noticeable results in the workplace.
As part of the Sustainable employability and addressing "Bullying" will go to the client with an Action Team to work to support organizations (temporarily) to an approach in terms of stress and undesirable behavior. The maximum value of the contract is a maximum of 495 868 EUR (excluding VAT).
The State Real Estate Company will for the buildings in its portfolio to realize a digital H & S risk file in a database. The files must be accessed from an app.
It will cover a total of approximately 7500 buildings.
The assignment covers roughly the following activities:
- conducting a desk study on real data;
- the registration of existing real estate data, and is already well-known elements of risk in the registration system;
- the identification of risk elements and property data on the spot, and then recording thereof;
The system and the database is / is owned by the National Real Estate Company.
